Staying on the 15th floor of the hotel offered great natural lighting potential, but unfortunately, the rooms had very poor lighting. The lack of activity to address this issue was disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel provided all necessary facilities for a guest's comfort. However, the room cleanliness was lacking with no cleaning service, no towel exchange, and a dirty bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast quality fell below market standards, not offering a good balance in terms of price and quality.

The rooms had very poor lighting, which was a shame given the potential for natural lighting on the 15th floor.

The service was unsatisfactory, as the staff didn't speak languages other than Portuguese, couldn't find my booking reservation, and displayed impolite behavior. The housekeeping and maintenance were subpar, and the lack of amenities for children and low-quality food added to the negative experience.

The hotel's location was excellent, being just a 3-minute walk from Morumbi Shopping and close to the offices of Berrini/Chucri Zaidan area. However, the area lacked accessibility, especially in terms of finding the hotel via Uber.
